Silba Summer Reunion, with Extraordinary General Assembly

Dear new and old Silba members,

Finally, the assembly restrictions are lifted to 50 participants, and we can hold our Extraordinary General Assembly 🤩 Because we have been patient, and it has been so long since we have seen each other, we thought that we all deserved a (re)treat 🍹🎉

You are therefore invited to our assembly in grand summer party style!

🌞The 2020 Summer Reunion will be held from Monday, July 6 to Wednesday, July 8🌞

We will have workshops, fun, games, and of course the Extraordinary General Assembly, where we will elect a mainboard for the next 6 months. The detailed program will be posted shortly!

We hope you will join our Summer Reunion!

❗Important practical information❗

✔Transportation costs will be covered for all our members from local branches in Denmark. Each local branch will arrange transport to the cabin, with arrival on the 6th and departure on July 8.

✔However, to join the Summer Reunion, we ask for a small fee of 50DKK to cover food during the stay.

✔If you only wish to participate in the Extraordinary General Assembly, on July 7, that is perfectly fine and free of charge.

✔To vote at the Extraordinary General Assembly, you need to be a member of Silba. You can become a member here, for just 75,- a year.

✔If you have any proposals for discussion at the assembly, then send it to Silba's secretariat at office@silba.dk no later than June 26.
